All rentals run from Saturday to Saturday and no rentals are less than 1 week.

Sanibel is a lush tropical island adjacent to Ft. Myers on the west coast of Florida. From the minute you cross the bridge onto the island, you feel like you are in a tropical paradise far away. Travel to this island is convenient from anywhere in the United States.

Sanibel is between Pine Island Sound and the Gulf of Mexico. The beaches are world renowned for shelling. Two thirds of the island is permanently designated as protected nature preserve.

Ponte Santo de Sanibel is Sanibel’s most enchanting vacation paradise! The grounds are well landscaped and kept immaculate. This penthouse is available for you to enjoy a fabulous vacation with panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico, sunrises, and sunsets (in the winter months). Reservations require 50% of the weekly rental rate for appropriate time period plus the booking confirmation and completion of the booking form and the rental agreement.

The remainder of fees are due no less than 45 days prior to arrival.

Please note that if you send a check, there are no service charges. However, if you choose to use PayPal, you will need to add 3% charged for their service fees. 

Cancellation Policy

 Cancellation prior to 45 days from arrival date: 100%

 Cancellation 30 days from arrival date: 50%

 Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival: No refund

 Check in time: 3PM or later

 Check out time: 9:55 am or earlier

 No pets allowed. No smoking allowed in condo or outside of this unit. There are designated smoking areas on the complex.

 I made a rental agreement that has no pricing on it so the people visiting the website can view it. I am going to attach and see if you think that is worth having available on the website?

Wonderful Florida vacation

Sanibel Island is a great destination and this property is located on a great stretch of beach with easy access to shops, restaurants, and wildlife areas. The unit is updated and well maintained. Wonderful interior design in the unique Sanibel style. New furnishings, very complete kitchen, extremely comfortable. Check in and out easy. Property owner attentive and available on line. A great place to stay!
